On Our Way Home is in 6/8. The ride is playing a straight ahead triplet with the snare and bass drum laying down a solid groove that has a bit of a turn around on the 4th beat of each bar.

Keep solid time on the ride cymbal and play around with the rhythm between the snare and the bass drum making sure that you lock in with the rhythm that the guitar is playing.
