The whole tune is about groove. Play the bass drum on every beat of the bar. Sit on the ride and play the hi-hat with your foot on the back beat to hold the thing together. Then you can add the snare, toms and anything else you feel will add to the rhythm.

The first beat on the drum chart is what you can hear playing on the Guitar and Bass jam tracks. The second beat adds the snare on the back beat (the 2 and the 4). The third beat gets you playing ghost notes on the snare on the 'a' of every beat.

Count your triplets like this: 1 an a 2 an a 3 an a 4 an a

You can combine the elements of beats 2 and 3 between both the snare and the ride cymbol. Bring in the bass drum or toms as well to really fill the sound up. Just don't lose the groove. You want to play this in the pocket. Dead on with keeping time.
